A contemporary 102 bed residential aged care facility built over two storeys with under croft parking set on Lake Howard. It is the fifth new building to be constructed at the RAAFA Bull Creek site, all project managed by TotalPM. Over the period we have delivered bowling greens, under croft parking, a pool house facility and two medium rise buildings delivering over 100 apartments with integrated community facilities for RAAFA’s residents. This in addition to the refurbishment of an existing care facility and the administration building. Design has commenced on a new integrated club house and two new apartment buildings. 

The Bull Creek projects undertaken have been highly commended achieving the following accolades:

  • Alice Ross King Care Centre awarded the ACSA  award for Projects, Innovation & Best Practice 2017
  • Orion Terraces awarded the Department of Health National Lifestyle Housing for Seniors Award at Master Builders National Excellence in Building and Construction Awards 2015

A complex and ambitious project delivering a mix of 183 luxury 1 & 2 bedroom warehouse apartments within the heritage listed Dalgety & Co Woolstores in Fremantle. Despite construction challenges early when heritage significant structures were uncovered, this iconic project was delivered ahead of schedule, providing an exemplary heritage restoration responding to a modern use. The project was the 2017 winner of the Heritage Council’s Conservation or Adaptive Reuse award.

Two office towers built over basement carpark providing retail at street level with beautifully landscaped courtyards connecting the two buildings.While architecturally striking, these buildings were also highly serviced. With sustainability at the core of the design brief, the WorkZone buildings achieved a 5 star NABERS rating and were also the first to achieve an Office As Built v3 Green Building Council of Australia rating in Western Australia.

WorkZone was awarded Best Building Fit-out at the Master Builders Western Australia Bankwest Excellence in Construction Awards.

Located on the top floor of 44 St Georges Terrace the client requested that views of the Swan River be celebrated.

This led to the design of a stunning architectural corridor leading from the lift lobby through to panoramic views of the river. With boardroom facilities spilling open, the statement stone reception counter converts seamlessly into a bar for client gatherings. The detailed and thorough briefing process with staff ensured the brief was clear and met on the very first design iteration.

ROYAL MCNESS ARCADE

TotalPM supported St Martins in their application for grant funding and championed their commitment to allocate the necessary funds to upgrade the façade of the Royal McNess Arcade and ensure its longevity.

3D scanners were set up on nearby buildings to allow every crack and detail to be catalogued by the heritage architects. With the intricacy of the scope prepared, TotalPM engaged a contractor capable of the attention to detail demanded by a restoration of this nature.

CHRIST CHURCH PREP SCHOOL

To be delivered in two stages in an operating school environment Christ Church Grammar has engaged TotalPM to provide project managementand superintendent services through the construction phases. Being the largest capital investment by the school to date, TotalPM was invited to assist based on significant project successes achieved on the adjacent Methodist Ladies’ College site.
