WORKZONE

Two office towers built over basement carpark providing retail at street level with beautifully landscaped courtyards connecting the two buildings.While architecturally striking, these buildings were also highly serviced. With sustainability at the core of the design brief, the WorkZone buildings achieved a 5 star NABERS rating and were also the first to achieve an Office As Built v3 Green Building Council of Australia rating in Western Australia.

WorkZone was awarded Best Building Fit-out at the Master Builders Western Australia Bankwest Excellence in Construction Awards.
